According to a media report, Jagajeevandas Bhandari, the deputy director of PU board, Bengaluru said that “The results will be published on the official website which students can use to the best. In the district, there are 56,250 students appeared for 1st PUC exams this year. He says that, among this 50,694 students have passed”. He also added that the overall pass percentage in the 1st PUC Result 2019 is said to be 90.12%. He also shared the stream-wise pass percentage for different academic streams which is as follows:

  • Arts stream pass percentage: 83.40%
  • Commerce stream pass percentage: 88.46%
  • Science stream pass percentage: 94.18 %

Karnataka 1st Pre University Results 2019  Arts/Commerce/Science

Recently, 1st PUC Annual Examination Results 2019 declared officially. All students who have obtained pass marks i.e. 35 marks or above will be promoted to 2nd PUC. Department of Pre-University Education (PUE):

The pre-university department of the Karnataka government is the organization responsible for implementing upper secondary education in the state. We operate under the authority of the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education. There are 1202 pre-university colleges, 637 subsidized pre-university colleges, 1936 pre-university colleges without assistance, 165 pre-university pre-university colleges and 13 pre-university pre-university colleges.

After Standard X, each year, approximately 10 thousand rupees are enrolled in two-year pre-university courses. The courses offered by the department are classified into the following categories: human sciences (arts), sciences and commerce. The pre-university program includes 23 subjects, 11 languages and 50 combinations. In 2010-2011, there were 4,435,185 students in humanities in ULC I and II, 2,477,421 students in science in PUC I and II, and 2,77,189 students in PUC I and II.
